The SUNBEAMsystem Tough Black series is designed to look discreet and elegant. It was developed with the intention of blending seamlessly into the appearance of both modern yachts and classic vessels. Ideally suited for applications where aesthetics are a priority, Tough Black is pleasing to both the eye and your battery level.

Thanks to their dark appearance, the Tough Black panels merge into any solid-colored background. Whether that background is bright white or classic brown, no one will suspect that a solar panel is hidden behind the black surface.

For a truly seamless integration, you can use the Tough Black Hole filler. This is an identical material, without active cells, that can be cut to size to fill uneven areas around the panels.

The Tough Black series offers the same benefits as the regular Tough series, but comes in two additional models: the 55W Long Flush and the 114W Flush. For installation, we recommend using a black flexible adhesive such as Sikaflex 291i.
